David Mantheiy formed Manheim Corporation in 1999 to pursue negotiated and competitive bid work as a traditional general contractor. Since then, with an emphasis on quality construction, Manheim has executed design/build work and lump sum construction contracts on projects valued up to $20 million throughout the Northeast.
Today, Manheim’s work includes Student Housing, Senior Living, Institutional, Industrial, Commercial, Parking, and Historical projects through negotiated and competitive bid processes.
When possible, Manheim prefers to be involved at the earliest stages of development as a design/builder, contractor, or partner, when input is most critical and effective.
