Canaan Valley Institute HQ
To promote itself as a leader in environmentally friendly systems, the Canaan Institute set out to build one of the “greenest” buildings in West Virginia – including the installation of The Living Machine. The Living Machine is a system that recycles waste water back to the facilities toilets through an elaborate filtration system that includes a greenhouse where plants thrive on bacteria. More >
  

Camp Dawson Lower Range
Manheim Corporation upgraded the Camp’s firing range facilities with new concrete structures for foxholes, target placement, and barracks. Prior to any new construction commencing, existing structures and barracks first had to be demolished while existing barricades were replaced with new earth berms. A new electrical system and underground storm drainage system were installed and the firing range also received a new lookout tower and latrine. More >
  

Challenge Academy
To accomodate additional students, Manheim constructed a two-story educational facility using a combination architectural brick and cast stone façade. The building included a gymnasium with exposed, pigmented, concrete floors and several new classrooms. More >
